This privacy policy (designated the “Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which Serialdesign, a Luxembourgish company with registered office at 13A, Cité Joseph Bech, L-6186 Gonderange, Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Registry under number B274636 or any of its affiliated companies (together designated “Serialdesign”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from clients and/or users (designated each, a “User” or “Users”) of its websites, mobile applications or any other services (the “Services”).

Compliance with Data protection Law

Serialdesign acknowledges and undertakes to comply with the laws and regulations governing the processing of personal data, including, but not limited to, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (designated “GDPR”) and any other national applicable laws or regulations governing the processing of any personal data.

Serialdesign may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit Serialdesign websites, register on such websites, fill out a form, purchase a product and in connection with other activities, applications and Services proposed by Serialdesign. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, date of birth, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc. In the framework of certain Services, Serialdesign may also collect data relating to behaviors of the Users in order to benefit from such particular Services.

Non-personal identification information

Serialdesign may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they use an Serialdesign website or application or other online service. How Serialdesign uses collected information

Principally, personal and non-personal identification information is used to provide the Users with the Services and to insure a full efficiency of the Services they have registered for or they requested in any other manner.

In this framework, Serialdesign may collect and use Users’ personal and non-personal identification information for the following purposes:

• To improve Services: Information Users provide will help Serialdesign respond to certain Users’ requests.

However each User accepts that its personal identification information can be transmitted to website hosting and editing partners and other sub-contractors who assist Serialdesign in providing the Services, conducting its business, or servicing the User, so long as those sub-contractors undertake to process the information only according to Serialdesign’ instructions and to comply with the applicable law regarding the protection of personal identification information. Serialdesign has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Serialdesign will therefore revise the “last update date” at the bottom of this page. Serialdesign encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes. Users acknowledge and agree that it is their responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Data Retention

Serialdesign takes all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal data are processed for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The criteria for determining the duration for which we will retain your personal data in connection with the Services are as follows:

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data that you send to us are sent securely.

Serialdesign does not transfer personal data to any third country nor to any international organisation, except as the case may be on the basis of:

• suitable Standard Contractual Clauses; or
• other valid transfer mechanisms under GDPR.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account from either the mobile or web version. To do so, please follow these steps:

• Open the app and click the icon.
• Click Advanced Settings, then Delete Account.
• Click Continue, then enter your password.
• Click Continue to confirm the account deletion.

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This action will result in the loss of all associated data, including personal preferences, search history, saved offers, etc. Make sure to back up any information you wish to keep before proceeding.

In case a business account, deleting it will also terminate your subscription plan, resulting in the immediate loss of access to all features, services, and content associated with your subscription.

We take reasonable measures:
